The short version

Sold as collectible souvenirs. Not sold for germination or cultivation.

That sentence appears in the footer of every page on this site, at checkout, and on every strain page. This page explains what it means, because a line that short can be read as a formality and it is not one.

What you are buying

You are buying cannabis seeds as an adult collectable, and as a way of holding on to a genetic line.

Seeds are how a cannabis variety is preserved. A line that nobody keeps seed of stops existing. Collectors, breeders and seed banks are the reason lines from thirty years ago are still around, and that is the trade this shop is in.

We sell the seed. We do not sell it as a growing product, we do not sell it for germination, and nothing we publish is an instruction to germinate it or an encouragement to try.

The law, plainly

Cannabis seeds and cannabis plants are treated differently by the law, and not in the same way everywhere.

In the United Kingdom, possessing cannabis seeds is not itself an offence. Germinating them is. Cannabis is a Class B controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and cultivating the plant is an offence under that Act, whatever the reason and whatever the scale.

Outside the UK the position varies a great deal. Some countries permit cultivation under licence, some permit personal cultivation outright, and some treat possession of the seed itself as an offence.

Germinating these seeds may be illegal where you live. Check your local law before you order.

That check is yours to make. We cannot make it for you, we cannot give you legal advice, and we cannot tell you whether a delivery to your address is lawful. If you are not sure, take advice before you order rather than after.

What the numbers on our strain pages are

Every strain page on this site carries a spec table: THC, CBD, flowering time, yield, height, lineage, terpenes and effect.

Those figures describe what the genetic line has been recorded as doing, under conditions that were not yours. They exist so a collector can tell one line from another and understand what they are holding.

They are not a claim about what you would get. They are not a promise of performance. They are not an instruction. Where we do not have a verified figure the table says so rather than estimating one, because a made up number would be worse than an empty cell.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy from this shop. You confirm your age when you arrive on the site and again with a tick box at checkout, and that second confirmation is recorded against your order.

We will cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by someone under 18.
