Shipping & Payment

Where we deliver

United Kingdom addresses only.

We are not shipping outside the UK at launch. If you place an order for an address abroad we will cancel it and refund you in full, so please do not.

How you pay

We take one payment method: bank transfer. Pay into our account using your order number as the reference. The account details are shown on the order confirmation screen and repeated in your confirmation email. Your order is released when the money has cleared in the account.

There is no card checkout and there will not be one. That is deliberate: card processors treat this category as high risk and can close an account without warning, which would take the shop down with it. Bank transfer cannot be switched off by a third party.

Paying by bank transfer

Use your order number as the payment reference. Without it we cannot match your payment to your order, which delays everything.

How quickly the money arrives is down to your bank, not us. Your order is released once it has cleared in the account.

When we dispatch

Orders are packed and posted after payment has cleared.

Postage is £10 per order. Orders over £80 post free.

We post within 2 days of your payment clearing, by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (recorded delivery). Every order, no exceptions. Where Royal Mail gives us a tracking number we add it to your order and email it to you.

Packaging

Every order goes out in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, email [email protected] with your order number.

If it arrives damaged, or the pack seal is already broken, send us a photo as soon as you notice. We will replace it or refund it, postage included.

Your right to change your mind, and the condition packs have to come back in, are set out on the Terms & Conditions page.

What we are selling you

Sold as collectible souvenirs. Not sold for germination or cultivation. The Collectors Notice page explains what that means and what it means for you.
