Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and TAG (True Auto Genetics), the seller of everything on this site.

Trading name: True Auto Genetics. Contact: [email protected].

Placing an order means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

You must be 18 or over

This shop is for adults. You must be 18 or over to browse it, to order from it, and to receive a delivery from it.

You confirm your age twice: once on the age check when you arrive, and again with a tick box at checkout before the order can be placed. That second confirmation is recorded against your order.

If we have reason to think an order was placed by someone under 18 we will cancel it and refund it.

What we sell

Sold as collectible souvenirs. Not sold for germination or cultivation.

Everything on this site is sold as an adult collectable and for the preservation of genetics. It is not sold as a growing product, we do not sell it for germination, and nothing we publish is an instruction or an encouragement to germinate it.

Germinating cannabis seeds may be illegal where you live. Check your local law before you order. That is your responsibility, not ours, and we cannot advise you on it.

Orders

Everything you see listed is an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we email you to say the order has been dispatched, not when you place it or when you pay.

We can decline any order. If we do, we refund anything you have paid in full. Reasons we would decline include the item being out of stock, a pricing error, a delivery address we do not ship to, or doubt about the buyer’s age.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where VAT applies. Postage is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We take bank transfer only. It is explained on the Shipping & Payment page. We do not take card payments.

Your order is held until the payment clears. Nothing is dispatched before it does.

If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you can either pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We are not shipping outside the UK at launch. Do not place an order for delivery abroad, because we will cancel it and refund it.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For a refund the pack has to come back unopened, with the breeder’s seal intact. Once a seal is broken we cannot resell the pack and we cannot refund it.

Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund within 14 days of the goods reaching us, to the account or wallet the payment came from.

Faults and wrong items

If something arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or the pack seal is already broken, email us with a photo as soon as you notice. We will replace it or refund it, including postage both ways. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace them.

What we do not promise

Because these are sold as collectables and not as a growing product, we make no promise about germination rate, growth, yield, potency or performance of any kind. Any figures published on a strain page describe what that genetic line has been recorded as doing under someone else’s conditions. They are information, not a guarantee, and they are never a promise about what you would get.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.

Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction.
